Adm Jus 001 begins on  February 5th. Multimd 100 begins on February 21st. 
Adm Jus 001, Forensic Science (UC/CSU)-3 units Students will examine and analyze evidence from crime scenes and elsewhere to develop objective findings that can assist in the investigation and prosecution of perpetrators of crime or absolve an innocent person from suspicion. Forensic science is a critical element of the criminal justice system. The course is in-person and takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:45-5:15pm. This is a 16 week course.
MULTIMD 100, INTRODUCTION TO MULTIMEDIA COMPUTER APPLICATIONS (UC/CSU)-3 units Introduction to fundamental concepts, practices, and theories of digital art production. Topics include integration of traditional design, color, and compositional principles with contemporary digital tools. Students apply the principles and elements of design while developing the skills necessary to digitally manipulate graphic images and text with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. This course is in-person and takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:45-5:15pm. This is a 16 week course.

Journalism 101 (UC/CSU)-3 units Students will write, research and produce news stories for print or broadcast. They will edit news stories for print. The course is in-person and takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:45-5:30pm. 
 
NEW STUDENTS: LACC, K-12 Form is needed. Secondly, you also need to sign up online to LACC website for student application to receive a college ID number.

Astronomy 001 (UC/CSU)-3 units Students will study of the history of astronomy, celestial motions, the solar system, stellar origins, and evolution, nebulae, galaxies, and cosmology. 
 
The course is in-person and takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:45-5:30pm.
